Teamwork Arts will support artists and will be offering them various opportunities
With the aim of nurturing and supporting talent across all forms of art, the pioneering arts and entertainment production company, Teamwork Arts, has announced their new strategy, which is artist management. With this new offering, Teamwork Arts will be supporting artists and will provide them with different opportunities and banners to showcase their talent.
The first group will be curated exclusively by Teamwork Arts by The Anirudh Varma Collective, an Indian contemporary group from New Delhi, led by pianist, composer and producer, Anirudh Varma.
Anirudh Varma Collective consists of more than 150 musicians and singers from India, USA and Canada. Since its inception, the incredible Collective has performed over 500 performances. The Collective has performed at the Jaipur Literature Festival, Mahindra Kabira Festival, Surajkund Arts & Craft Mela, and many other stages across India. They have also released two full-length albums: Perspectives (2018) and Homecoming (2022). The Collective consists of three different parts: The Classical Quartet, The Core Band, and The Ensemble.
Commenting on the project, Avik Roy, Senior Executive Producer, Teamwork Arts, said, “We are very excited to resume our artist management journey by collaborating with the incredibly talented Anirudh Varma Collective. AVC is young, ambitious and incredibly independent, with a unique sound created by renowned musicians of Delhi. Teamwork Arts is always looking to curate and promote independent music, so to be able to to represent a team that has worked with over 150+ musicians is a rare privilege.”
