Godrej Properties appointed Gaurav Pandey as CEO, succeeding Mohit Malhotra| Roadsleeper.com

Mohit Malhotra will be succeeded by Gaurav Pandey who is currently the head of North Region of Godrej Properties.

Gaurav Pandey has been a part of GPL for five years. He joined in February 2017 as a business director and from April 2021 he was appointed as the CEO of the North Zone of GPL. He has more than 17 years of experience in the real estate sector. He is interested in the region and believes that it will be a key growth factor for the Indian economy.

Prior to joining Godrej, Gaurav was the Chairman of Burman GSC, a joint venture of the Burman family and Golden State Capital. He is also the Vice President and Head of Research & Advisory for an Indian real estate research firm, PropEquity, and advises private equity funds, mutual funds, foreign institutional investors, developers, NBFCs and banking and real estate investment in India. He has co-hosted a property show with NDTV. Gaurav is also part of the Management Committee of Ascendas India.

He is an Economics Honors graduate from Delhi University and did post-graduate studies at Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kozhikode.

He is part of the Management Committee of GPL and serves on the Real Estate Committee of FICCI.

He was recognized as the ‘Real Personality of the Year’ by the Economic Times at the 2022 Real Estate Conclave & Awards (North).

Mohit Malhotra said he had a wonderful 12 years at GPL.

I am deeply grateful for the trust The hearts of our shareholders and the Godrej family have been instilled in me over the years. As I embark on the next business phase of my career, I am happy to hand over our CEO to Gaurav. working with him, I am confident that he will guide Godrej Properties to continued growth in the years to come,” he said.
