Godrej Properties: Godrej Properties booked a Rs 1,210 cr sale in two new projects in Mumbai| Roadsleeper.com

In a regulatory filing, the company said it launched two new projects, Godrej Ascend at Kolshet Road, Thane and Godrej Horizon at Dadar, Wadala, during the first quarter of this fiscal year.
The company has sold more than 700 buildings accounting for an area of more than 8.08 lakh square feet for these two projects.

Godrej Properties closed a sales book of Rs 7,861 crore in 2021-22 and has set a target of Rs 10,000 crore for the current fiscal year.
Already, bookings jumped five-fold to Rs 2,520 crore during April-June 2022 – the highest sales for the first quarter.
It plans to start about 20 residential projects, including new and new projects and ongoing projects, during this financial year.
It expects to deliver an area of 10 million square feet during 2022-23 against 6.5 million square feet in 2021-22.
In February, Godrej Properties had announced that it would invest Rs 7,500 crore over the next 12-18 months in land acquisition and development of new projects.
Godrej Properties has launched around 22 million square feet of real estate in the last five years. It has more than 190 million square feet of development area across India.
The company focuses on four key markets – Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), Delhi-NCR, Bengaluru and Pune.
Besides these cities, the company has presence in Chennai, Kolkata, Kochi, Ahmedabad and Chandigarh and Nagpur.
