Godrej Properties on Thursday announced its decision to strengthen its presence in Kandivali, Mumbai with new housing projects and pending bookings of approx. ₹1,000 crore.
According to the underwriting company, Godrej Properties Ltd. one of the leading real estate companies in India, announced today that it has extended its arrangement with Shivam Realty to build a residential complex, off Akurli crossroads at Hanuman Nagar, Kandivali, East.
It is worth noting that this project is an extension of Godrej Tranquil and Godrej Nest will offer about 7 Lakh square feet of selling area. “The project will be designed as a modern residential building with buildings of different configurations,” according to the company. The land is conveniently located along the Western Express Highway and offers a wide range of social and community amenities. schools, hospitals, supermarkets, residential and commercial areas are nearby.
