Sharing the photo, user Atharva Gupte wrote, “Finally linked Aadhar with my PAN.” The post created a meme fest Twitter Because Internet users could not refrain from commenting on the post.

Online linking of PAN and Aadhaar (via e-filing website)

Step 1: Visit the Income Tax official portal and click on the specified tab

Step 2: On the next page, provide PAN, Aadhaar number, name mentioned in Aadhaar card and other details

Step 3: Enter the captcha code. Visually impaired candidates can ask for OTP instead of captcha code. OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number.

Step 5: After that, click on “Link Aadhaar” button and complete the process.
